Action to Delay Effective Date Consistent With Congressionally Enacted Moratorium

The effective date for certain amendments to the Federal anti-kickback statute has been delayed to January 1, 2032, in response to a moratorium enacted by Congress, which extended previous moratoria until January 1, 2032.
