Amendment of Class E Airspace; Owatonna, MN

The FAA has amended the Class E airspace at Owatonna, Minnesota, due to the decommissioning of the Owatonna Outer Marker and Owatonna non-directional beacon, and updates to the airport's name and geographic coordinates in the FAA's aeronautical database.
