U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Adani Green Energy Ltd. Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into Adani Green Energy Ltd. due to the withdrawal of a complaint and an amendment to add Mundra Solar PV Ltd. to the case.
