U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Capacitive Discharge Ignition Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a final initial determination finding no violation of section 337, effectively terminating the investigation into Certain Capacitive Discharge Ignition Systems, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same.
