US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337 by Chinese Companies

The US International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by Chinese companies Ascletis Pharma Inc., Ascletis Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., Ascletis Bioscience Co., Ltd., and Gannex Pharma Co. Ltd., due to misappropriation of trade secrets, and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against them.
