FCC to Hold Open Commission Meeting on May 23, 2024

The FCC will hold an open commission meeting on May 23, 2024, to consider several enforcement actions and a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking related to telecommunications certification bodies and measurement facilities to enhance national security and the communications supply chain. The meeting will also address a restricted adjudicatory matter from the Media Bureau.
