FCC Adopts New Methodology for Assessing Regulatory Fees for Small Satellites and Spacecraft

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted a new methodology for assessing annual regulatory fees for small satellites and spacecraft, including space stations for Rendezvous & Proximity Operations (RPO) or On-Orbit Servicing (OOS), on an interim basis until further experience is gained. The changes will take effect for fiscal year 2024.
