FCC Modifies System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has modified its system of records, FCC/OGC-3, to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires the agency to publish notice of the records in the Federal Register. The system collects personally identifiable information (PII) for settlement negotiations and litigation.
