FDA Announces Public Comment Period for Export Notification and Recordkeeping Requirements
The FDA is seeking public comment on proposed information collection requirements for human drug, biological product, device, animal drug, food, cosmetic, and tobacco product exports, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
