Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement to Remove Four Dams on Klamath River in California and Oregon

The Department of the Interior and California Department of Fish and Game plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report to evaluate the removal of four dams on the Klamath River, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act and California Environmental Quality Act, in accordance with the terms of the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement.
