U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Two Condominium Developments on Fort Morgan Peninsula

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft environmental impact statement for two condominium developments on the Fort Morgan peninsula in Alabama, which would impact the Alabama beach mouse and wetlands, and requests permits under the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act.
