Information Collection Request Submitted to OMB for Review and Approval; Comment Request; NESHAP for Semiconductor Manufacturing (Renewal)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for the NESHAP for Semiconductor Manufacturing for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The ICR is currently set to expire on May 31, 2022, but the EPA is requesting an additional 30-day comment period.
