EPA Proposes Revised Water Quality Certification Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency is publishing a proposed rule to revise and replace its 2020 water quality certification requirements under the Clean Water Act, aiming to update regulations to be more consistent with the statutory text and support an efficient certification process.
