EPA Proposes Modifications to Superfund Enterprise Management System (SEMS) Under Privacy Act of 1974

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the SEMS system to expand record categories and add new routine uses for protecting the environment and public health, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
