EPA Approves Connecticut's State Implementation Plan for 2008 and 2015 Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Connecticut's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the 2008 and 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) requirements, including demonstrating control of NOx and VOC precursors and establishing NOx RACT requirements for four facilities.
