EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request for RCRA Wastes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request, Requirements and Exemptions for Specific RCRA Wastes (Renewal), which is currently set to expire on March 31, 2023. The EPA plans to submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
