EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP for Petroleum Refineries to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Petroleum Refineries to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, seeking an extension of the current approval period through July 31, 2021. Public comments on the ICR can be submitted until June 11, 2021.
