EPA Proposes Deletion of Sites from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on its proposal to remove one site and partially remove two sites from the National Priorities List (NPL), which is a list of contaminated sites identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
