U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reclassifies Beach Layia from Endangered to Threatened

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has reclassified the endangered beach layia plant from 1992 to a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, due to significant improvements in its overall status, and finalized a rule to conserve the species.
