U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service Rescind Endangered Species Rule
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service have revoked a 2020 rule that defined 'habitat' for endangered species, effectively reversing a regulation that went into effect in January 2021.
