OSMRE and Department of the Interior Adopt Final Rule for Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Fee

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) and the Department of the Interior have finalized a rule to adjust the Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Fund fee rates and distribution dates, following the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) of 2021.
