Reauthorization of Dairy Forward Pricing Program

The US government has reauthorized the Dairy Forward Pricing Program (DFPP) through the Further Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2024, allowing dairy handlers to enter into new contracts until September 30, 2024, and permitting the use of forward contracts for California Federal milk marketing order.
