USDA Proposes Changes to Section 8e Import Inspection Fees

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service is proposing to revise the fees for inspecting imported fresh fruits, vegetables, and other products, shifting from a per-carrot basis to a per-pound basis and reducing fees for smaller lots.
