Tribe or Tribal Organization Sponsor Option for Watershed Projects

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is amending its regulations to allow Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations to sponsor watershed projects, addressing a long-standing limitation that excluded Alaska Native Corporations and Tribal organizations from becoming sponsors.
