USDA Implements HAVANA Act of 2021 Rule

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has implemented a rule allowing payments to current and former employees, as well as their dependents, who have suffered qualifying brain injuries, in accordance with the HAVANA Act of 2021.
