US Department of Energy Amends List of Covered Facilities Under EEOICPA
The US Department of Energy has updated the list of facilities covered under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 by removing three facilities, including Sciaky Brothers, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, from the list of Atomic Weapons Employer facilities.
