Transition of the Electronic Certification System (eCERT) to an Updated Version (eCERT 2.0)

The Electronic Certification System (eCERT) is being upgraded to eCERT 2.0, a new version that includes enhanced features to track and verify the use of quota certificates, allowing importers to query their usage and preventing overuse of certificates.
