SEC Requests Public Comment on Extension of Rule 13e-1 Submission Deadline

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking public comment on an extension of the submission deadline for Rule 13e-1, a regulation governing certain transactions involving securities, until 120 days after the effective date of a new rule, which is expected to be published in the Federal Register recently.
