FMCS Proposes Updates to Ethics Records System of Records

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is proposing to amend its Ethics Records system of records, which covers Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports and agency ethics guidance, to refine previously published information and update routine uses, record access procedures, and contesting records procedures.
