PBGC Seeks OMB Approval for Annual Reporting Form 5500 Series

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is requesting public comment on its plan to extend OMB approval for the Annual Reporting form 5500 Series, which is set to expire on June 30, 2025, and will undergo modifications under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
