Port Authority Trans-Hudson Asks to Modify Its Positive Train Control Safety Plan and System

The Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) has submitted a request to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to make changes to its approved Positive Train Control Safety Plan and Positive Train Control System, which may require FRA's approval and public comment.
