EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Review and Approval Under TSCA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a consolidation of certain activities currently covered under existing information collection requests, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act, with a deadline for public comments extended to April 7, 2022.
