U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Amendment to Worker Safety and Health Program Regulation

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to update its worker safety and health program regulation to correct errors and align with its Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program, while also clarifying its stance on the 2016 American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists threshold limit value for beryllium and beryllium compounds.
