Privacy Act Regulations; Exemption for the Personnel Security Program Files System

The Department of the Interior (DOI) is proposing to exempt certain records from the Privacy Act of 1974 due to criminal, civil, and administrative law enforcement requirements, specifically records in the Personnel Security Program Files system.
