AHRQ Requests OMB Approval for Child HCAHPS Survey Database

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking additional public comment on its proposed information collection project, the Child Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (Child HCAHPS) Survey Database, which was previously published in the Federal Register on June 3rd, 2022.
