US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Mexican Pipe and Tube Companies Sold Below Cost, Partially Rescinds Review

The US Department of Commerce has found that Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. and Tecnicas de Fluidos S.A. de C.V. sold light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico at less than normal value during the 2020-2021 review period, and is rescinding the review for 14 companies that withdrew their requests.
