Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace and Revocation of Class E Airspace; La Crosse, WI

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is amending Class D and Class E airspace at La Crosse, Wisconsin, as part of the decommissioning of the La Crosse VHF omnidirectional range (VOR) and the VOR Minimal Operational Network (MON) Program, which is a part of the FAA's NextGen air traffic control system.
