EPA Approves Virginia's Plan for 2015 Ozone Standard and 2016 Oil and Gas Control Techniques

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia, which determines that there are no sources within the Northern Virginia area subject to the 2016 Oil and Gas control techniques guidelines for the 2015 Ozone national ambient air quality standard.
