CDC Invites Public Comment on Proposed Data Collection for National Disease Surveillance Program

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking public input on a proposed data collection project, National Disease Surveillance Program--II. Disease Summaries, to gather information on disease prevalence and program planning for infectious disease prevention and control.
