VA Launches New Matching Program to Combat High-Risk Payees

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is partnering with the Department of the Treasury and the Bureau of the Fiscal Service to identify and prevent potential fraud and abuse in the VA's financial payment systems, using a new matching program that will analyze data from the VA Financial Services Center, Data Analytics Services, and the Do Not Pay Business Center.
