U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Invites Organizations to Become Healthy People 2030 Champions

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion is seeking public and private sector organizations that support Healthy People 2030, the nation's disease prevention and health promotion plan, to be recognized as Healthy People 2030 Champions for their commitment to achieving the plan's vision of a society in which all people can achieve their full potential for health and well-being across the lifespan.
