U.S. Navy Issues Certificate of Alternate Compliance for USS AUGUSTA (LCS 34)

The U.S. Navy has issued a Certificate of Alternate Compliance for USS AUGUSTA (LCS 34), a naval ship that cannot fully comply with navigation lights regulations due to its special construction and purpose, in order to warn mariners in waters where these regulations apply.
