US Department of the Interior Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for San Carlos Irrigation Project Rehabilitation

The US Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the rehabilitation of San Carlos Irrigation Project water delivery facilities in Arizona, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, to meet the water rights settlement agreement between the Gila River Indian Community and the state of Arizona.
