Bureau of Land Management to Approve Land Conveyance to Bering Straits Native Corporation

The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the transfer of surface and subsurface lands to Bering Straits Native Corporation, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, following a notice period as mandated by 43 CFR 2650.7(d). The lands in question are located near Mary's Igloo, Alaska.
