BLM to Approve Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Land Conveyance

The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the transfer of 23.28 acres of land in Alaska to Chugach Alaska Corporation, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, and will publish the decision in the Anchorage Daily News.
