EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to New Mexico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address excess emissions during periods of Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM), as required by the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
