NMFS Adjusts 2022 Winter II Scup Quota and Trip Limit

Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has adjusted the 2022 Winter II commercial scup quota and per-trip Federal landing limit to comply with regulations implementing Framework Adjustment 3 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan, which established the rollover of unused commercial scup quota from the Winter I to Winter II period.
