Delegation of Authority Under Public Law 117-169

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has delegated authority to the Secretary of the Treasury to make certain decisions related to the implementation of Public Law 117-169, a law aimed at combating illicit finance and strengthening the U.S. financial intelligence unit.
