BOEMRE Seeks Public Comment on Sulphur Operations Information Collection Activity Extension

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) is requesting public comment on an extension of its information collection activity related to Sulphur Operations, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The request aims to renew approval of paperwork requirements under 30 CFR 250, subpart P, and will be submitted for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
