NIST's CHIPS Program Office Seeks Information for Incentive Program Design

The National Institute of Standards and Technology's CHIPS Program Office is seeking additional information to inform the design and implementation of the CHIPS incentive programs, following the passage of the CHIPS Act of 2022 and building on previous responses to a 2022 Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
